<title>Almost Ready To Race MM to be launched shortly........</title>

Entry is limited to 52 boats. Once this number has been reached a reserve list will be started, all entries will be recorded by date received and allocated an entry number.<br /><br />The Organizing Authority – Coalhouse Fort MYC<br /><br />The races will the governed by the rules as defined in the RRS, HMS 2007, &amp; SSI which have been adapted to the requirements of the Micro Magic National Association. The following rules will also Apply:- - Micro Magic International Class Rules.<br />Copies may be viewed on the Official Notice Board at the event.<br />The closing date for entries is 1800 on Monday 24th May 2010. After that time late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the organizing authority and shall incur the additional late entry fee of £5.<br />Make entries to: Geoff Appleton 54 Wallace Road Grays Essex RM17 5BA<br /><br />Entry fee: £15.00 to arrive before 1800, 24th May to avoid incurring late entry fee. Make cheques payable to G. Appleton.<br /><br />If the entrant is not a member of the MYA they shall show proof of individual third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000.<br /><br />The Race Committee may at any time measure a boat to show it complies with the Micro Magic International Class Rules using the method described in articles 2.3 &amp; 2.4 of the Sailing Instructions. Random spot checks may be made throughout the event.<br /><br />Schedule<br />The initial briefing for the event will start at 09.45 hours on Saturday 5th June, first race will not start before 10.00 hours. On Sunday 6th June the briefing will start at approximately 09.15 hours, first race will not start before 09.30 hours. No heat will start after 18.00hrs on Saturday any heat in progress at 18.30 hrs will be abandoned. The last race on Sunday 6th will not start after 16.00 hours.  Any race that is in progress will be abandoned if the first boat in the ‘A’ heat has not finished before 17.00 hours.<br />The control area(s) and launching area(s) will be advised during the event.<br /><br />Information Car parking is in the public cark park at the venue.
